Hawthorn Medical Centre

Patient Participation Group (PPG)

Who Are We?

We are a group of patients who meet three or four times a year with the aim of making a difference to patients at the practice.

We need other patients to get involved and this can be either:

    • To attend meetings or

    • To take part in surveys via email so we can reach as wide a group of patients as possible.

Why Join Us?

It is a brilliant opportunity to make a difference to patient care.  You can help by answering surveys which then contributes to the decision making process at the surgery.

We need as many people as possible to get involved.

If you would like more information then please speak to a receptionist at the practice or click on the link below.

Please click on the tabs at the top of this page to read our report about the work we have done this year and to see our survey results.
