If you need help when we are closed

For all life and Death emergencies dial 999 immediately

For anyone who has a severe tight and crushing pain in the chest or is unconscious dial 999 immediately

If you think someone might be having a Stroke contact 999 immediately. Stroke Symptoms:  Face, Arms, Speech are all affected

ACCIDENT & EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT AT GREAT WESTERN HOSPITAL

This department is available to deal with any injury which has occurred within the last 24 hours.

When the Surgery is closed between the hours of 6.30pm and 8.00am and weekends plus Bank Holidays, please call NHS111 by dialing 111.

The Out of Hours Service is for emergencies only and should not be used for routine surgery enquiries.

  • Disabled toilets
  • Wheelchair space in the waiting room
